"How well the group managed Health and Safety" - Pratish Gurung

Health and Safety is necessary in everywhere.  Before starting our filming we did our risk assignments on the written work which helped us to avoid the possible dangers on the filming spots.  

As a group we followed couple of things to be safe on college while preparing for our Documentary.

1. Avoiding Food and Drinks:  We started from the small class rules.  Food and Drinks can damage our paper works, it can also cause some serious accidents if it splits on the electricity wires on our classroom, in order to be safe from small accidents we helped each other by not eating or drinking in classrooms.
   
   
2. Utilizing Symbol Boards:  Accidents can happen to anytime to anyone so we were all aware about the signs and caution boards around our filming area.  We helped each other by sharing the effects which can cause by not following the rules shown on the symbol.
   
   
3.  Wearing Masks:  As we all know that the season is changing some of our friends are suffering from seasonal flu.  We helped ourselves by wearing masks because prevention is better than cure.
   
   

"How well the group managed equipment" - Pratish Gurung

As much as I know this was our very first assignment where we used so much equipment and software.  For this assignment we used almost our own equipment.  We used Canon 70D DSLR because we can get better quality HD video from there.  For better sound quality we used camera microphone which also helped us wind which we have to face when we do outdoor shots.  We also used tripod to make our video still and professional.  Talking about editing we used Final Cut for visual and Audacity for audio.  We went to many places to film our documentary.  In order to prevent any of our equipment from loss and damage I took a responsibility to look after it.  We also rechecked all our boxes and bags if we had left thing behind before we leave the shooting spot.

"How well the group managed time" - Pratish Gurung

Though our filming time was of only 1 week it took our group(Me and Samir) a bit more time to finish our filming part.  We were also bit late on planning our ideas which affected our filming and editing part.  All the tasks were divided equally among the group members in order to finish all the paper work and filming/editing part.  Both of us worked really hard to finish all the things on the time but we were bit late on editing part.  All our paper work were all done before the deadline because we were trying to give as much as more time to our filming bit.  We both had each other's phone number which helped us to meet outside the college and discuss more about our documentary.

HOW WELL THE GROUP MANAGED PEOPLE?

Because of only being 2 person in a group to make this documentary myself and pratish have magaged the group very well as a 2 man team , to make it less confusing for later on ,we have decide to equally divide the work in advance  to make the documentary , we have also decided to  be very polite beacuse in order to create   a very open mood while filming the documentray. by creating a open mood it will be more easier for us to film and interview people.
